We have direct ties to our supplier of Maui onion in Hawaii so that each bite of Sisig contains sweet and crisp pieces of onion grown in the volcanic soil of the Hawaiian Islands, and we also use high quality minerals and organic spices to further ignite your tastebuds.

Many have wondered why I didn’t name my brand something like “Sisig King” or “Sisig Master” to proclaim my sisig as the best. While I’m truly grateful for the love my sisig receives, I believe humility is key. Instead of competing for titles, my focus has always been on creating a sisig experience that brings people together. The Sisig Hunter isn’t about us, it’s about you.
